How do I return an item?

Return Policy

Leadjammer Skates online return policy

I am here to answer all your questions, please email me first at info@leadjammerskates.com if you have any doubt about your purchase.

You must contact LJS within 10 working days of receiving your order for a return or exchange.  All exchanged and returned merchandise must be in unused original condition and original packaging. You must email info@leadjammerskates.com for return instructions. Please email us before shipping anything.

Returns/Exchanges

Items that may NOT be returned or exchanged:

  • Used/worn skates.
  • Custom boots (this includes custom colors, widths, sizes, etc).
  • Custom mounted boots.
  • Custom skate packages (skates for which you have selected the components separately and had mounted by LJS).
  • Special order items.
  • Non-stock items.
  • Items that state in the product description that they may not be returned nor exchanged.
  • Sale, clearance, and closeout items.

EXCHANGES

  • We will exchange items that do not fit properly, but they must be unworn and in brand-new condition, with all original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  • Any items returned not in perfect, new on-the-shelf condition will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • If you order the wrong size in a stock boot or skate, you are responsible for shipping and a $20 restocking fee to switch out for the correct skate.
  • If we sent you the wrong size, or our recommendation was incorrect, let us know by email and we will cover the shipping cost and get you the right item. We can not ship until we receive the incorrect item from you.
  • All skates/packages that required mounting are subject to a $40 restocking fee.

RETURNS

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  • Once we receive the item we will credit your card, minus the shipping costs and restocking fee if applicable.
  • All skates/packages that require mounting are subject to a $40 restocking fee.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

  • We will replace the damaged item or refund your money, but we must receive the damaged item back before store credit, exchange, or refund is issued.
  • Leadjammer Skates is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged by any mail carrier service.
  • Most packages are shipped USPS Priority Domestic or Express International.
